Welcome to Kikstart.EU - a homebrew URL forwarding service that was put together for homebrew game reviews!

Kikstart.EU came about for three fairly abstract reasons - the first was because I wasn't keen on using third party forwarding for reviews in Retro Gamer because there was always a chance that whoever was running the service would begin to add annoying adverts. Secondly, it was a good excuse to get my head around writing a forwarder - the logic behind catching the URLs seemed fairly simple but you never know if these things are going to fly until you try them. And finally, there was an offer to get an .EU domain for a quid and this was literally the best excuse I could think up for buying one... it's not that I'm collecting domain suffixes or anything!
